Cygnus™ Advanced LED Wash Light
The Cygnus™ 200W Wash is an extremely efficient next-generation LED wash light, one of the only luminaires in the world to use integrated RGBW LED elements for excellent in-lens color mixing.
Consuming a peak power of 200 watts, the Cygnus™ is astoundingly bright-up to five times as bright as comparable products. And, like many LED fixtures, it has an incredible lifespan of 60,000 hours-or almost seven years of continuous use. Due to recent innovations in LED technology, coupled with an advanced thermal management system, Cygnus'™ energy efficiency is unparalleled, eclipsing both competing LED fixtures and incandescents.
Most importantly, Cygnus™ is the first and only LED fixture on the market to incorporate red, green, blue and white elements in a single LED package. This allows color mixing to occur in the lenses, eliminating the multi-color pixelated look of most LED fixtures on the market. These integrated LEDs also eliminate rainbow shadows produced by other fixtures.
The addition of a high efficiency warm white element (at over 70lm/W) helps create a much higher-quality white and better color rendering-with a C.R.I. as high as 92.
Attractively designed, compact and lightweight, Cygnus'™ housing is cast and extruded from lightweight aluminum with a durable powder coat finish. The single-arm yoke allows for versatile mounting.
Cygnus™ employs advanced dimming algorithms, eliminating stepped dimming common with other LEDs, and offers flexible operating modes, such as 8- or 16-bit control, strobes and color chases. Intelligent color mixing, using RGBW total power scaling, achieves the highest possible output without overloading elements.
Control is through standard 5-pin XLR for data, with in and out connectors for easy daisy-chaining of units. Cygnus is fully RDM-compatible. Each unit has an integrated 100-240VAC 50-60Hz universal power supply.
